Description of the educational programme

The field of professional activity includes the formation, on the basis of regulations, of processes for the provision of hotel activities that meet modern standards and consumer requirements.

Hotel Management provides the training of graduates for the following types of professional activity:

• production and technology;
• organization and management;
• service;
• research;
• projects.

The key feature of the educational process is the involvement of students in the practical scientific research through the gradual receiving of scientific skills through the preparation and publication of research materials containing the results of research, and participation in academic activities in Russia and abroad.

The main fields of research work:

• client-oriented technologies in modern hotel service;
• psychological and pedagogical foundations of the hotel business;
• innovative approaches in designing information-intensive hotel environment;
• ergonomics and health protection in hotel and tourist complexes.
